simple, clean, and easy to read. We offer some plans for less than $500.00!
All preliminary study plans consist of:
Floor plans with exterior and room dimensions
Window and door locations
Front & Side Elevation
Preliminary Study Plans may be ordered from our secure website at the prices indicated and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Finish plans consist of:
Floor plan with finish dimensions and notes
Basement / foundation plan with finish dimensions and notes
Front, sides, and rear elevations
Wall sections and electrical layout
Finish plans may also be ordered from our secure web site. Reproducable vellums for
making copies are provided with each final plan order so that copies can be obtained in your area.
An Architectural / Engineer seal is not provided with the plans. Check your local area for building
requirements.
